Strategic Projects & Solutions Design

The Strategic Projects & Solutions Design Department is unique to the Bank, acting as the bridge connecting stakeholders of the social housing agenda through the design and implementation of mutually beneficial schemes and financial solutions.

The department, while being a focal point between EB and MOHUP, has a mandate to enhance social housing services to the Kingdom’s citizens by relentlessly developing innovative solutions, while ensuring implementation of government directives and stakeholders' requirements.

Business model optimisation of approved schemes/programmes for all stakeholders of the social housing agenda, starting with citizens, financial institutions, developers, MOHUP and retail financing products, is at the core of the department’s long-term goal.
